What this is all about

The love of my life, I'll call her Marie, has been having some issues lately. Hell, it's been all three years since we reconnected but recently things have gotten worse. She has had several concussions in the past, suffered an abusive marriage (hence the concussions), and is bi-polar. She is under the care of a good psychiatrist who has done amazing work balancing her meds. Lately she's been saying things that just make no sense and I need a place to document it for future reference as my own memory sucks, as far as detailed info goes.  Example one from today: we drove to town, picked up some scripts and she commented that several cars were all decorated, they must be pulling a float in the parade. There weren't any decorated cars, no parades. When we went into town to pick up dinner later, she commented that someone must be having fireworks tonight. I asked why and she said because all the trucks we've passed are full of fireworks. She wanted to put her leftover hamburger in my desk drawer "for later". She went to have a cigarette and when I walked out to the kitchen she was holding a flaming lighter under a scrap of paper.
  So many comments out of the blue about things that make no sense. Asking me who was here for dinner when we are the only ones living in the house, my last kid moved out over a year ago.
 As far as family history goes, her dad has Alzheimer's and she has early onset Alz. It's going to be a long week until we can see her psych next Wed. I'm not at wit's end but worried sick.
